Can't recommend Simon and his team highly enough. From the very first meeting to scope out the job, Simon filled us with confidence, answered any and all questions we had and provided advice and recommendations regarding the build.

All the sub contractors that Simon used or recommended were also top notch.

Communication from Simon and Anna was perfect and he was always available to answer questions on site or via text etc.

We used Logic Construction for building and preparatory renovation work outside and inside our house. Communication with Simon and Anna, before, during, and after the work, was excellent at every step. They were very keen to understand our needs and vision and carried out the work perfectly to our requests. The work itself by Simon and his team of skilled workers was first class and to a an extremely high standard. We were extremely happy with everything they did. They concentrate on one job at a time so they are not leaving and coming back, but concentrate on getting the work done as soon as possible but without rushing. Simon also follows up with any bits and pieces that need to be done following the main work. Finally, we felt the cost of the work was very good value for money. We had approached Simon for previous projects but had not factored how booked in advance he was. However, for this work we planned ahead and engaged him at an early stage as we knew he was accustomed to successfully completing large structural works. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of contractor. Simon kept us informed throughout the process and was super helpful in answering all our questions and inputting ideas of his own. The team were always on time, polite and hard working. We are absolutely thrilled with the extra space – it has changed how we use the ground floor and interact as a family. We were about 2 years into planning renovation and getting nowhere, but as soon as Simon was recommended to us, everything became so much easier. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, has lots of experience and takes care of everything. The whole process was surprisingly easy with the Logic team on board. They were considerate and respectful of our living space leaving everything tidy (we lived in the house with 2 children during the renovation). Simon was always available for anything, from planning the layout of our bathroom and kitchen to the smallest (and probably most annoying) of my questions.
The quality of work is incredible. I genuinely have never seen such great building work, from the structural right through to the finish. One weekend we had three separate traders (independent of Logic Construction) who were all blown away with the quality of work, which is probably a bigger compliment and testament to the quality than me.
