So happy with the work that Simon and the team at Logic Construction have done transforming my semi derelict downstairs toilet / utility room. It was a big job but I had every confidence throughout. Simon was always available to answer questions and helped when we came across unforeseen problems (damp!)
Photos show before and after - room transformed with extra height, sky light instead of windows. Door widened too!

We were recommended this company by our neighbors and we were so pleased we went with them. Simon and his assistant Anna managed the project and to us it ran so smoothly it was seamless. There were no hidden costs, infact the total price was reduced as they did not have to do as much as was first anticipated. All of Simon's team were hard working and respectful of our home. We had absolutely no complaints and are happy with the results.

We can 100% recommend Simon and Logic Construction. We were very anxious about the stress and disruption of a side return and kitchen extension but Simon and Anna supported us every step of the way. Everything went perfectly and to time as planned. People had warned us not to move out for the duration as builder would slack off, that was not the case. Simon project managed the whole thing for us and has a great plumber, electrician and decorator. We took his recommendations to use Theydons for glass and Bridge for flooring and were very happy with them. We absolutely love the outcome and is so worth it. Yes it does cost a lot but we are going out much less and hosting much more. It has changed our lives in a really positive way. I can wholeheartedly recommend Simon, Anna and Logic.

Simon and his team were excellent, we are very pleased with the work they have done. They were very professional, efficient and helpful, and remained within the initial quote cost. Communication with Simon and Anna was faultless. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently completed a rear extension with Simon and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the outset, Simon was professional, knowledgeable, and filled us with confidence that the project was in safe hands.

The site was kept spotless throughout by his team, and the electrician, plumber and kitchen fitters recommended by Simon were excellent and reliable. He also handled building control seamlessly, which took a lot of stress off us as homeowners.

During construction, a difficult drainage issue was uncovered, but Simon managed it brilliantly, quickly readjusting the schedule to prevent any downtime and keeping everything on track. Communication was excellent throughout; we were kept informed at every stage and always felt involved and reassured.

We particularly appreciated the payment structure, which was done on a weekly basis and in line with construction progress, rather than large upfront costs. Anna’s updates were organised, responsive, and incredibly supportive from start to finish.

Overall, we’re extremely happy with the result and the smoothness of the whole process. We would only use Simon for any future renovations and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Simon and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout our build. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable in advising on what was happening, while taking the inevitable changes and unexpected issues in their stride. Anna is an excellent point of contact who is both reassuring and helpful in keeping the momentum going with site dates and the aftercare can't be faulted. Would very much recommend their services to those looking for extension work.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a huge renovation of a terraced house in Leyton. Simon and the team not only finished on exactly the day they projected but also worked to come in UNDER the original budget. Communication is always quick and transparent. Simon is highly competent and everyone on his team is courteous and reliable. We’ve had no issues since moving in, besides a few small snags that were addressed quickly.

Big renovations can be so stressful and I cannot recommend this company enough. Very relieved we found them.

Arrived everyday at 8am on the dot!! Fantastic from start to finish. Simon and his team are brilliant. The quote was detailed, accurate and timely. The team are diligent and highly skilled, great communication throughout. We were in a WhatsApp group with multiple members of the team so we never had to wait for ages for someone to get back to us. Really flexible and accommodating when we changed our mind or had second thoughts, charged us reasonably and transparently for additional work. No ghosting, no disappearing acts and no corners cut! Just exceptional quality work, reasonable rates, helpful advice and practical problem solving.

Simon and the team provided a first-class service from start to finish. The way that Simon broke down every aspect of the quote (in almost forensic fashion!) was refreshing and welcome. He highlighted areas that they would try to save us money whilst giving a worst-case scenario so that there were no unwelcome surprises down the line. Again, refreshing to see and in contrast to some of the negative experiences people have with less professional tradesman.

The crew were a pleasure to have at the house. Always in good spirits, respectful, and punctual. They genuinely made having no kitchen for 3 months a much easier time. Their workmanship was top quality and any hurdles, that invariably pop up on these projects, were dealt with swiftly and hassle free.

Simon, and Anna in the background, were hands on throughout with regular communication and prompt responses to any queries.

I highly recommend using them and would be happy to relay this in person should references be required.

Tim and Jenny Boyce.

We had approached Simon for previous projects but had not factored how booked in advance he was. However, for this work we planned ahead and engaged him at an early stage as we knew he was accustomed to successfully completing large structural works. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of contractor. Simon kept us informed throughout the process and was super helpful in answering all our questions and inputting ideas of his own. The team were always on time, polite and hard working. We are absolutely thrilled with the extra space – it has changed how we use the ground floor and interact as a family. I would highly recommend using Logic Construction – they are a trusted, reliable safe pair of hands for your build.

From the start Simon and his team have been a total delight to work with. Consistent communication, very reasonable pricing, professional presence on site at all times. We were apprehensive embarking on our project with a limited budget and two kids to juggle at the same time. Simon provided a calm presence throughout and was responsive to our plans changing. We are thrilled with the results would strongly recommend Logic and will be certain to use them again for our next project.

Simon’s team were fantastic in completing a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in our Victorian flat. They created a kitchen in what was a dining room and relocated the bathroom, including putting in all the new plumbing and electrics. Being new to the area/organising renovation work, we were so worried about choosing the right construction company, so we were very happy we went with Simon. From day 1 he was communicative, flexible, his workmen were very tidy and work was completed on schedule and budget. He helped organise the plumber/electrician and advice on exactly which parts we needed to order. Anna, his assistant, was excellent in communications and sorting payments etc. We would recommend Simon to anyone in the area looking to do reno work.

Simon and the team at Logic Constructions was recommended to us by a friend who had used him for multiple projects. We have a listed house and had been granted planning permission for a kitchen extension and reconfiguration of part of upstairs. We had lots of quotes and discussions with various builders but Simon’s knowledge and expertise were immediately obvious (and his quote a good one). We have not been disappointed for a moment. Simon project managed the build without a moments fluster and considering everything that we had to do to please architects, building control, Thames water, and the council’s listed building control on top of the multitude of other elements that had to work seamlessly, with various trades coming in and out, we were so grateful for his expertise.

We could not have been happier with the finish. Simon’s suggestions along the way and his ability to find ways of making all of our requests happen were also much appreciated. The chaos of a build is so stressful anyway but doing it with someone you know you can trust and knows exactly what they are doing makes it far easier to manage.

Thank you to Simon and his team for everything!

Logic Construction are an incredibly professional operation and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone planning a home renovation. Simon and team undertook our project (replacing ground floor extension, internal remodelling) earlier this year and we are delighted with the result. Work was completed on time (actually quicker than anticipated), on budget and to a very high standard. Simon took exceptional care to understand and fulfil our requirements. Communication and attention to detail throughout the project were excellent. We (a family of four, including two young children) lived in the house throughout the renovation and every care was taken to minimise disruption and inconvenience to our daily lives. The Logic Construction team were efficient, reliable and considerate and worked seamlessly with the other trades involved.

Can't recommend Simon and his team highly enough. From the very first meeting to scope out the job, Simon filled us with confidence, answered any and all questions we had and provided advice and recommendations regarding the build.

All the sub contractors that Simon used or recommended were also top notch.

Communication from Simon and Anna was perfect and he was always available to answer questions on site or via text etc.

Project came in to budget and time and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We used Logic Construction for building and preparatory renovation work outside and inside our house. Communication with Simon and Anna, before, during, and after the work, was excellent at every step. They were very keen to understand our needs and vision and carried out the work perfectly to our requests. The work itself by Simon and his team of skilled workers was first class and to a an extremely high standard. We were extremely happy with everything they did. They concentrate on one job at a time so they are not leaving and coming back, but concentrate on getting the work done as soon as possible but without rushing. Simon also follows up with any bits and pieces that need to be done following the main work. Finally, we felt the cost of the work was very good value for money. We would highly recommend Logic Construction to anyone considering building work. We were delighted with the outcome. Five stars all round!

We were about 2 years into planning renovation and getting nowhere, but as soon as Simon was recommended to us, everything became so much easier. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, has lots of experience and takes care of everything. The whole process was surprisingly easy with the Logic team on board. They were considerate and respectful of our living space leaving everything tidy (we lived in the house with 2 children during the renovation). Simon was always available for anything, from planning the layout of our bathroom and kitchen to the smallest (and probably most annoying) of my questions.
The quality of work is incredible. I genuinely have never seen such great building work, from the structural right through to the finish. One weekend we had three separate traders (independent of Logic Construction) who were all blown away with the quality of work, which is probably a bigger compliment and testament to the quality than me. I would unreservedly recommend Simon and the Logic Construction team for a smooth and stress-free renovation.
