On this project the client had plans for a wraparound extension that completely reconfigured the ground floor layout. A small pre-existing addition was demolished at the rear, then foundations were dug to the side and across the whole rear of the property. Extensive structural steel work was fitted – which the clients chose to leave exposed creating a dramatic industrial feel. Brickwork, insulation and joinery formed brand new space which was lit with expansive skylights and crittall style doors. This housed a stunning new open plan kitchen dining and seating area as well as a cloakroom, WC and utility room.

Contemporary finishings, industrial lighting, sleek veined quartz worktops and classic herringbone flooring compliment the dramatic navy kitchen. Finally, plush luxury velvet barstools give strong pops of colour that offset the boldness of the steel-work.
