This was a virtual rebuild of a 1960’s property, with only a couple of the original walls left in place. The space delivered was ultra-modern and flexible; providing 3 floors of living space and a larger footprint on the ground floor to accommodate the huge open plan kitchen, dining, relaxing and games space along with utility and garage. Key to completing this look were the external zinc roof, crisp white render, and innovative glazing solutions. Inside the stunning feature staircase, flooring and attention to detail of the finish gave the clients their dream home. 

The client said: ‘From the outset we were confident that Simon would deliver the house that we had spent many years planning, and he didn’t disappoint. Undertaking a renovation of our size is incredibly daunting, however with Simon in charge he removed all of our anxieties and dealt with any issues that arose in a calm manner.
