During the consultation we will advise you on the legal aspects such as planning permission and building regulations, point out any construction details that are unique to your property, your specific requirements on fittings and finishes, and outline the timeframe of the prospective conversion.

We will use this information to prepare a detailed quotation for you free of charge. We advise that you prepare a list of questions that you would like to cover and we will ensure that all points are covered during the consultation.
